Five large sweet potatoes

How to Make:

  •   Blend the turkey, eggs, dried oregano, garlic powder, powdered basil, red pepper flakes, salt, chopped parsley, and almond flour thoroughly in a big container. INGREDIENTS

Ten corn tortillas

2 Tbsp canola oil

2 tsp olive oil

8 oz ground turkey

1 tsp chili powder

1⁄8 tsp cayenne

Black pepper to taste

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp diced roasted green chiles

1⁄2 cup pico de gallo or store-bought salsa

1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup sliced or chopped black olives

How to Make:

  •     Turn the oven up to 400 °F. Arrange the tortillas on a baking pan and brush with the canola oil.
  •     Cook for approximately ten minutes, or till crunchy and browned.
  •     Warm the olive oil in a large pan set over medium-high heat.
  •     Sprinkle the turkey with salts, pepper, chili powder, and cayenne as it heats for around 10 minutes or until it’s perfectly cooked.
  •     Add the spice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to your liking to the black beans.
  •     Make the mixture as follows in a sizable beaker or crystal dish: The bottom must be coated with avocado, followed by black beans, turkey, chilies, pico de gallo, yogurt, and walnuts.

 

Turkey Swedish Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

Two slices of white bread, torn into tiny pieces

1 cup 2% milk

12 oz ground chuck

12 oz ground turkey

One small onion, minced

Two cloves of garlic

2 tsp salt

1⁄4 tsp black pepper

2 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp flour

2 Tbsp yogurt

How to Make:

  •     Mix the bread with 1/4 cup milk in a container and allow it to soak for 15 min.
  •     Add the meat, turkey, onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix.
  •     In a sizable clean sauté pan, melt the butter over moderate heat.
  •     The meatballs should be thoroughly browned on both ends and heated through it after putting them and heating them for almost 10 to 15 minutes, periodically moving them.
  •     Gradually include the water, stirring each time to keep lumps from emerging.
  •     When the flour starts to stiffen the water, add the remaining 1/4 cup of milk and boil for almost 5 mins.
  • Bring the meatballs to the pan and stir in the yogurt. Heat for a further 15 min or till the gravy is sticky and dries to the meatballs.

 

Hearty Turkey Chili

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp canola

Two large onions, chopped

Two cloves of garlic

1 tsp ground cumin

1⁄2 tsp dried oregano

1 cup chili powder

1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon

Two bay leaves

2 lb lean ground turkey

4 Tbsp tomato paste

2Tbsp cocoa powder

One bottle or can (12 oz) of dark beer

2 Tbsp chopped chipotle pepper

One can (28 oz) of whole peeled tomatoes

One can (14 oz) of white beans, rinsed and drained

Salt and black pepper to taste

How to Make:

  •     In a big pot, warm the oil over medium-high heat—Fry after including the onion and garlic.
  •     Cook for a couple of minutes until the bay leaves, cinnamon, coriander, chili flakes, ginger, and cloves are added.
  •     When the turkey is no longer pink, add it together with the tomato sauce and mix with a metal spoon.
  •     With each tomato squeezed with your hands to ensure that it is still chunky but just not entire, add mix cocoa, beer, chipotle, and tomatoes.
  •     For 30 min, cook over lower heat.
  •     Salt and black pepper the beans and afterward mix them.
  •     Test it; if you want your chili spicier, add some of your preferred spicy sauce or cayenne pepper.

Turkey Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

One small onion

1⁄2 red bell pepper

One small carrot

Two cloves of garlic, peeled

1 1⁄2 lb ground turkey

1⁄2 cup bread crumbs

1⁄4 cup low-sodium chicken stock

One egg

1 Tbsp Worcestershire

1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1⁄2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp salt

1tsp black pepper

How to Make:

  •     The microwave should be heated to 325°F.
  •     In a mixing bowl, mash the onion, peppers, carrots, and garlic until thoroughly mashed.
  •     Add the veggies, turkey, bread crumbs, water, egg, Worcestershire, soy sauce, herbs, salt, and black pepper to a medium serving bowl.
  •     Shake everything slowly until they’re all shared evenly.
  •     Place the meatloaf mix into a  roasting pan and arrange it into an approximately 8″ lengthy by 5″ width loaf with your hands.
  •     Add the sauce to the meatloaf after mixing the items.
  •     Cook for 60 minutes, or till an immediate temperature set into the center of the loaf reads 160°F, and the glaze has darkened in color.

 

GROUND TURKEY IS A FAVORITE PROTEIN TO USE FOR MEALS:

Almost any dish that needs chopped chicken or beef can be easily replaced with ground turkey, an excellent nutritious substitute for hamburger meat. It makes fantastic bolognese or spicy food!
